Does God Forgive Anger Against Him?

Go back to church Pa Pa. The feelings that God is angry at you and that you shouldn't be in church right now are coming right from satan. Show him that you're not so easily manipulated.

God loves you, and just as you forgive your children when they are angry with you, God, as your Father responds the same way.

I am going to try to go this Sunday and teach my class that I have neglected. But how can I partake of the Sacrament with unresolved feelings? Scripture forbids it. I am not ever sure I should teach.

worthiness has more to do with attitude then anything else, bring all your unresolved feelings to the meeting and allow Christ Christ to cleanse the inner vessel with his body and blood-just give it all to him !

Yes, but is I that am angry. I don't know if God is angry with me?

No, God is not angry with you, He understands your anger. For you it is something you will have to work through. He will be there waiting for you when you have finished pondering.

This is a weakness of mine.

well, pray and just say what really is in your heart and he'll do the rest. I can testify I have had "lifting" moments"-things don't always become easy but I know I am not alone amid my confusion. If geography wasn't an issue i'd take you to supper and we can discuss this some more

You will feel better after you go to church.

And remember that Christ said that those who hunger and thirst after righteousness will be filled.

You don't have to be righteous first before God will fill you up, you just have to want to be righteous. People who have food and water don't hunger and thirst, only those who don't have it do so. Satan wants you to feel like you can't approach God until you've reach a specific level of righteousness. That's an illusion though. If you are repenting-if you desire to be righteous despite your temptations or weaknesses, then you are worthy of God's grace and, more importantly, will have it. If you are doing those things (repenting and desiring to overcome weaknesses) then, in my opinion, you are worthy of taking the sacrament as well.

Pa Pa.

Here is a talk given by Elder John H. Groberg of the 70

"If we desire to improve (which is to repent) and are not under priesthood restriction, then, in my opinion, we are worthy. If, however, we have no desire to improve, if we have no intention of following the guidance of the Spirit, we must ask: Are we worthy to partake, or are we making a mockery of the very purpose of the sacrament, which is to act as a catalyst for personal repentance and improvement?"

God is much more in tune with your emotions and hurt than the scriptures. God is more than the scriptures. Let God do the healing...partake of the sacrament and experience God.
