I'm sure that, eventually, there will be DVDs of the other presentations. But my presentation will only be available via "streaming only" video. That said, I think that should be entirely satisfactory. It will be available in both standard and high definition versions.

There have also been numerous suggestions that my presentation will never be available for public viewing afterwards. They seem to believe that the church is so afraid of letting images of the KEP be seen in public that my entire presentation will be drastically redacted immediately afterwards.

Well, I am pleased to announce that I, just this morning, uploaded to an as yet secret URL both high-definition and standard-definition versions of my presentation, precisely as it will be delivered Friday afternoon. I then requested of the powers that be in SLC the authorization to make the narrated slide show available to the general public immediately following my presentation. That authorization has been granted.

Therefore, come Friday afternoon, as soon as I am able following my address, I will post the links to the videos on this thread so that all who were not able to attend the conference will have the immediate capability to see and hear exactly what the audience at the conference will have just seen and heard. The video will be "streaming only," (not available for download) but will otherwise be the same as I will deliver live at the conference.

So, all who are interested, be so advised. As soon as I am able to get online after 3:00pm MDT, Friday August 6, 2010, I will post the links to this thread.

This is good news. But may I again also suggest that you youtube it under FAIR. I think that it would be very beneficial for the cause if you did.

Incidentally, why are you boycotting Will Schryver's presentation?

I'm boycotting it -- as one critic has somehow managed to discover, even though a cunningly-designed identical simulacrum of me will be there and will be the concluding speaker that day -- for reasons that critics have, thus far, failed to explain to me. And the same goes for Matt Roper, whose body double will be in attendance (and even presenting) but who will, it has been revealed, really be absent.

I was disappointed to learn that you won't be there, since not-me was looking forward to not-seeing you again. (Your superb recent essay on the leader of the new movement to save the Church from its scholars and its leaders is very near going to press.) Will there be a not-you there that not-me can not-visit with?

I want a body-double; if I can't get one of those, I'll settle for a not-me. Where can I get one? :P

It fits in so well with the context of the coded United Firm/Enochic Order revelations as well.

Well done. Very well done. Lots to think about. Really does change the game, and completely defang those documents.

Of course they have. I would not expect them to be swayed by it in the slightest. I am more than willing to bet they probably didn't even hear/read the presentation yet.

Wow. KEP is a key to a secret code. Utterly brilliant paper. The paradigm has shifted.

I agree, this is brilliant. Props to Will for putting his presentation online so quickly.

I thought it was a nice presentation. I could not help but thini of Brent Metcalf and Will's comments that he had to have known about this. It does seem so obvious. The fact that there is hardly any egyptian charactors on the KEP. Whoa.

I also had several thoughts about what the facsimilies are. I am wondering if they used those as a sort of cipher. I would be interested in Will's ideas on this. Also It might seem possible that William Phelps was the one that produced the "explinations" of the facs. I wonder.

Very interesting! Question, Will, using your argument that Egyptian means Pure Language would Reformed Egyptian mean Reformed Pure Languange and not actually a reformed version of the Egyptian language?

Beautiful photos. The KEP never looked so good. If only they were all available to the public.

I am not convinced that Smith and his scribes considered the Alphabet and Grammar manuscripts to be used as a cipher.

1. For starters, Joseph quotes from the GAEL in his letter to Bennet, published in the Times and Seasons:

"... Were I an Egyptian, I would exclaim Jah-oh-eh, Enish-go-on-dosh, Flo-ees-Flos-is-is; [O the earth! the power of attraction, and the moon passing between her and the sun.] ..." T&S Vol. 4, p. 373

Which words and definitions are in Eg. MSS 1, 3, & 4. In particular GAEL, pp.29-30:

Joh-oh-eh: The earth under the government of an other or the second of the fixed stars, which is called Enish-go-on-dosh or in other words the power of attra[c]tion it has with the earth

Flo-ees: The moon
