Could you speak to why/why not he is incorrect in his interpretation?

Are you going to tell them that it is the traditionalist dioceses and orders that are experiencing the most growth and ordaining the most new clerics? How does that fit with you implication that they are just stuck in the past while the modern church looks to a brighter tomorrow?

Genre, style, mood, tempo, vocals, etc... things I imagine you'd tell studio musicians when trying to find the right music for what's in your head. Those that know about mixing can go even deeper and be more interactive with the song.

But it's not our job to correct those institutions. * "Mormonism" (3) is an unfolding Restoration of Christ's church which progressively is incorporating all truths that have been lost in the various apostasies that have occurred since the beginning of this earth. Spirit Prison and Hell are two different states in the time between death and resurrection. * Spirit Prison is a state of learning and one can advance to a higher state. * Hell is a state in which the wicked unrepentant dwell from which there is no deliverance until the resurrection. Even many Latter-day Saints are confused by this issue because they don't study the "Gospel Principles" manual- which is vitally important in discussing our actual doctrine with others.

I'm coming into this waaaay late, but what I read you saying, in summary, is that... *you haven't received a testimony of the truth claims of the Restoration and *you perceive the culture as too conservative. Mostly it was unfortunate circumstances of my own doing, nothing nefarious on their part. Even though the circumstances of my departure were not ideal- in a way I feel fortunate that I departed as I now, once again, have a testimony that the authority to administer the Church and it's ordinances are in the "mainstream" Church. I still do tend to lean "old-school" or semi-fundie (if you'd like) in my personal feelings/beliefs about some theological/doctrinal issues. Are there any specific questions you have about the group? I am happy to answer according to the best of my knowledge.
