Compliments to the Orem Utah Temple Open House Staff

My wife and I toured the Orem Utah Temple on Saturday. The staff (parking lot attendants, shuttle drivers, ushers, etc.) did an amazing job moving people from the parking lots to the temple and back. We didn't feel rushed nor did we ever stand in a Disneyland style line. Bravo!

The family is hopefully making it this Wednesday before it closes down at the end of the week….probably without me as it is sandwiched between two Christmas concerts of my grandgirls and those come first.

How long did it take to go through?

About an hour total (parking lot to shuttle to temple to shuttle to parking lot). I'm guessing that on the last day there might be some waiting.

We'll be going probably Thursday. It won't be staff rushing us, but our 4 year old daughter. We went to the Saratoga spring temple open house and went in and out so fast that the front entrance attendandee as surprised and commented on our speedy exit.

Glad to hear it's a good experience!

My guys were going to get tickets, but none are available after school is out.  Looks like we are not the only ones leaving it till the last minute.  If you don’t want crowds, I would advise earlier in the day, likely better luck.

We've never bothered with tickets.  They don't check them and they don't turn anyone away.  In the past little while my family has attended both Saratoga Springs and St. George.  Looking forward to Manti next year too.

That one was so fast I felt out of breath after.  St. George was a much more spiritual calming experience despite the huge crowds.
