If you like ramen try to get to Tosh's Ramen (there's two locations and both are equally good but we always go to the Murray one because the parking is better and the wait is much less).

Thanks! I’m a pho girl- less a ramen girl, but also spoiled in the PNW with Asian food as common as Starbucks and pot shops 🤩🤣

I used to make fun of people who paid for Ramen but I'm a convert.  I LOVE their curry Ramen.  It's so good.

A long time ago, it was good and need to go back. 😊 You know a place I love and their sauce in the enchiladas? Is Francisco's in Farmington. It's a ma and pa outfit, they're well known.

I'll have to check them out.  Have you eaten at Orlando's in kaysville?  You have to get there before 5 on the weekends or you'll be waiting forever, but they are so good too.

Yes, I love Orlando's especially their salsa. But the enchilada sauce is amazing at Francisco's, imo.

Have either of you guys been to Red Iguana?  It's the best Mexican restaurant in the state.

I second that; however, there is a newer fusion Mexican restaurant in American Fork that is outstanding as well: Sol Agave.  I suggest you try their Pollo Al Gusto with Chipotle Cream Sauce; and then just try to deny yourself the Butter Cake dessert.

Thanks, I'll let my youngest son know, he lives there and dating a girl from Ecuador. In that culture they love to dance and my son found a place that is Ecuadorian I guess, there too that has karaoke and dancing too. I've fallen in love with the old part of American Fork and the background of the mountains since visiting him. We recently went to a strip mall type restaurant that served street tacos but inside. So we're always looking for places.
