Grooming means to establish a relationship to develop and/or conceal a sexual relationship. Grooming often involves slowly leading the child to accept sexual abuse or to provide a backstory or defense or a relationship with the parents that convinces the child they cannot speak up. Meeting random people dressed in drag or wearing kink gear IS NOT a grooming opportunity. Do you not remember what it was like to have the mind of a child?
