I was never feted at a party for any of my priesthood ordinations, nor have we done so for any of our sons. 1

Grandparents were there for some (but not all) of the ordinations, but nothing other than that.

Grandparents and immediate family may be invited to a priesthood ordination, but that's about as far as it goes. Thanks, -Smac
