I believe it's most likely that man killed them as they settled in different continents after the flood. The reason being the clear incompatibly of living with or near such large animals that would threaten their lives. So it would be either us or them as our territory expanded. I believe that the many legends of killing dragons has its roots in such ancient interactions. And the fire breathing dragons? Which dinosaurs are those? But seriously, when anyone finds a dinosaur fossil along side a horse fossil (and hopefully alongside St. George's shield) let me know. "Here be dragons"

Was Hugh Nibley a professor of Hebrew or the Old Testament at any world-class university? 2. Did Hugh Nibley make significant contributions to the field of biblical theology? 3. Did Hugh Nibley specialize in the Old Testament? Just compare his credentials to Professor James Barr There is this neat invention called Google that helps answer questions like these so you do not have to ask other people. Try it sometime.

Calm Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 It is possible the carving in Cambodia is a hoax. The temple is a frequent site for movies and the carving has been a recnt discovery. http://www.smithsonianmag.com/science-nature/stegosaurus-rhinoceros-or-hoax-40387948/ 1
Calm Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Marco Polo also wrote about people with dog faces. It is even possible Polo never got to China and made iut up instead: http://www.smithsonianmag.com/people-places/wonders-and-whoppers-27166/ 1

You then try to argue his credentials are not as good as someone else's so just admit that you will only accept the most prominent Old Testament scholar in the world and he has to be working at the most prestigious university in the world. Then we can ask you who this is exactly. You can tell us. We will discover that he, like most Old Testament scholars, has not taken a position on the Flood. Then you can sit back with an idiotic smug smile on your face and imagine you have scored a brilliant point in the strange mind games you play. We should get this train wreck rolling. 2

No list of every paper ever written that I saw but let us see what a simple Google search turns up about what journals he was published in. I am betting it is nothing but FARMS and I will look like a dope. Are you suggesting my forums posts are to be held to a university standard for citation? Are you willing to accept that same standard because you have routinely failed to do so. Are you disputing the quote? Many of those journals are about the Old Testament and I have read some of Nibley's articles about Old Testament topics published in them. I did not claim he wrote papers about the flood published in your nebulous hand-picked list of acceptable journals. He mentioned it at times but he may or may not have. Of course your original standard was just being an Old Testament scholar which he is (among a few other fields). The goal posts go running down the field as you find your original demands met so you seek more and more in a desperate attempt to come up with qualifications I cannot meet. Meanwhile you fight back like a child with dismissive and irrational rubbish mixed with large-text LOLs. You should probably go to bed before you humiliate yourself even further.

And ad to that the fact that soft tissue is found in dinosaur bones lead me to believe these are authentic as are many others that I didn't list. But your milage may vary.
