Mystery Meat
This felt like the best place to notify the board (as I am sure you were all anxious to hear) that I have changed my username from lvjd66 to Mystery Meat (no idea why, it just felt right). lvjd66 had run its course and was just a collection of random letters and numbers that had no significance (literally). Now you know. 1 Link to comment
Garden Girl
I liked your previous name... in fact when I first read your new name I chuckled because it sounds like something I'd find in the back of my refrigerator... Yikes!! But I'm assuming you're referring to something like the "milk and Meat" of the gospel...Sometimes I wonder if I should change my name... when I first started posting I was very much into gardening and my backyard looked like something out of a magazine... an English style garden... I mowed my small lawn with a hand mower, did all my own planting/trimming/pruning, etc etc. In the ten years that have ensued since I started posting my agility has been deteriorating what with bad knees etc so that I no longer garden like I used to... but I still love what I am able to do... All good wishes... GG Edited June 8, 2015 by Garden Girl 4 Link to comment
bluebell
As long as you don't change your avatar, we're good! That's almost the only thing i pay attention to anymore to find out who's talking. 1 Link to comment

Kenngo1969
Heh. Believe me, I can relate when you say your previous screen name was "just a random collection of letters and numbers with no significance whatsoever." My J.D. isn't worth the paper it's printed on: in fact, the frame I bought for it is probably worth more than the diploma itself. (I wonder, what are gently-used J.D.'s going for on e-Bay these days? ) [sigh!] Edited June 9, 2015 by Kenngo1969 Link to comment

Kenngo1969
About $200K.Kewl! I can pay off my loans and then some, then! P.S.: I do draw comfort from the fact that even if it was a bad investment, I'm into it for waaaaay less than many others, even though they're in practice and I'm not: https://greatgourdini.wordpress.com/2014/11/04/law-school-transparency/ Edited June 9, 2015 by Kenngo1969 Link to comment
