Reasons For Being Banned?

I just wish there was a way of deleting a thread from your content list once you have been banned from it.

Suggestions:

 

1. If you are banned from a thread, forget about trying to argue with the moderator.  That will get you off the forum altogether.

 

Just take it like a man, and move on.

 

2. Avoid CFR by stating it as your opinion or using the subjunctive mood -- "I think/suppose....perhaps .... as I remember"

 

3. Avoid direct negative remarks (ad hominem) -- "Some would wonder about his credibility when he says...."

"misinform.....misrepresent..."

I take that as suggestions to avoid being banned from a thread, but how do you ban a thread from your content list?

How can one change back to previous status! Do's 1 + years with not mistakes and warning work.? I have wonder the wilderness with such control. To whom should I write? Of course I am banned just limited. After almost 7 years here, I understand my mistake and it will not happen again. Could you PM me, brother?
