Kenngo1969
Well, I'm glad at least one of us was productive! (I got a job offer a month ago; my prospective employer told me it would take awhile to work out the details. I was wondering if maybe they'd decided to rescind the offer, but I got word today that they're still working on the details. That's something! Maybe sometime before He!! freezes over I'll actually be, you know, employed or something!) Edited November 2, 2011 by Kenngo1969 Link to comment

Sometimes I watch the program on TV "Stories of the ER" where they actually show real people coming into the ER and how their cases are handled. I find it very interesting, and am not turned off by the sight of blood or injuries. I admire the ER docs because they are called up to think quickly and sometimes make split second decisions, relying on their inner judgment, skills and lots of prayer..Kennego... I hope your job works out well. So many people are out of work... it took my nephew over a year to find a job... but he finally did, and it is one suited to his artistic talents. My sis and I think it was an answer to our prayers...Best to you both... GG Link to comment

You cannot look at the skyline of Atlanta and see a building I have not worked in or inspected for the past 36 years (except for the 8 years I served my country)...but you must get great joy in helping others who are hurt and sick. Good for you. Construction by choice, Electrician (and teacher) by the grace of G-d. Link to comment
