My granddaughter on the far right, as you view this photo at the L.A. Temple. Hard to believe she is twenty years old, as her Nanny and Papa are watching our youngest granddaughter, who is 8 months old. I miss her tooooooo much. She is still waiting for her visa so she serve in Peru.

What a gift from the Lord!

My bro and sis in law are now serving as senior missionaries in Peru!  They may cross paths.

Visa problems seem to be common there.

My wife and I were one of the first senior missionary couples to get visas to Peru post-Covid. We waited about 5 months. Processing times are improving slowly as the immigration system is still rebooting.

When she gets a visa, I send a PM to you, to get their names. Since she won’t have her Papa looking out for her, maybe when serving in the same area they can make sure she is well fed, and looked after. I sent her an e-mail a month or two ago. I told her, if anyone ever hurts you, I already have planned the fastest route to you. I then told her, that includes if anyone even hurts your feelings.  😀BTW, they are trying to keep her with others who are to serve in other Spanish speaking missions, when they to get their Visa’s, and also visiting, and ministering to members who speak primarily Spanish, with English as their second language. In her first area, she took part in classes, teaching English to converts, or longtime members who cannot speak English very well. And she is LOVING it.
