Amazing Grace with more than 200 bagpipes; live in Berlin - YouTube Didn’t they play it on bagpipes at President Hinckley’s graveside ceremony? Link to comment

I just looked up the lyrics and in the verses listed there I could see no doctrinal issues. I wonder if whoever told me that thought that by not including something like "after all we can do" made it not doctrinal? That wouldn't be true, but that might have been their thinking. Using a True Grace Empowered Exegetical, Historical, Contextual, Cultural reading of 2 Nephi 25:23 is not a problem. Link to comment
Dario_M
I love the hymns. On sunday i always sing them with joy. So far... i love all the melodies i've heard and sing. For me this is a new kind of church music (from what i was used to bevore) and that's always exciting. 🎼🎶🎵 There's only one little thing. I wish we would sing psalms as well. I've even ask the question why?? To someone in my ward why we don't sing psalm melodies as well. She did gave me an answer on my question but i didn't really understood it i'm afrait. Link to comment
