The irritating thing about Let's Encrypt (Certificate Authority) is that it's certs are only good for 3 months. That and auto-renew options are notorious for not auto-renewing. That leaves the poor site owner having to manually update their certs 4x year. Ugh.

Firefox is being difficult about it. It removed the option to Proceed Anyway for exp certs - which sucks. Oddly, the option came back after clearing my data cache (only - not cookies or site settings).  For the life of me I don't understand why that worked.

Since it sometimes takes a few days for site admins to respond, we should enjoy this time of reduced trolling and less compulsive authoritarianism.
