You are a brainwashed tool?  Have you never studied history, geography, or international relations since your first year of college and only obtained what limited knowledge you have from cable news?

"Are you a Russian sympathizer?"  LOL, only a mindless puppet could even post such.

Take your weak attempt at 21st McCarthyism and go home.

So...yes?

NATO as a tool for US occupation of Europe???

The Lybia effort was initially and largely led by France and the United Kingdom, not the US.  We did have involvement as part of NATO, but it was initiated and led by European nations - not the US.   I am not suggesting that it was a good intervention, but it certainly was not the US empire seeking to occupy foreign territory.

NATO involvement in Kosovo was largely a humanitarian effort. You may or may not agree with that sort of thing, but that is besides the point.   I agree that NATO is not consistent in the interventions they choose to be involved in, and is not always defensive, but it is not a US tool for occupation of Europe.  That is crazy Putin talk!

No need for the personal attacks and insults.

Says the person who quoted a post and asked if I was a Russian sympathizer?

Maybe you need to look at a mirror.

And maybe you really need to consider why the US occupies Germany 77 years after the end of WW2.

And why did NATO continue aftet the fall of the Soviet Union?

The US created an empire after WW2 and created various structures to enforce US hegemony.  There is actually a lot of literature and research on this over the last 70 years.

After WW2, the US forced the end of the European empires and took over primacy of the world through various institutions.

NATO countries have limited opportunities, at best, to engage in independent foreign policy.  This was forcibly taught to England and France when Ike made them give back the Suez Canal after Egypt had nationalized it and Israel and France and England went to war with Egypt.

Kosovo didn't feel very "humanitarian" to those that lived there.   Hillary claimed responsibility for Libya, laughing about it, though France was used to lead the effort.   Too bad it is a completely failed state with actual slave markets today.

There are over 700 US military bases outside the US today and many more temporary locations.  We dominate and control the world to protect our empire.   For 30 years since the end of the Cold War we have expanded our control and domination.

Again, there is a lot of history involved in all this.   Only limited binary thinkers can't see there is much more complexity to this than pro or anti Russia.
