Is Psalm 82:6 a reference to beings who are already gods or those who have the potential to become gods? And was Jesus really saying that he was a 'small g' god? 1

Now I have something else to listen to on my trip road trip next week. (But sadly, I won't be able to hear if Elder Callister is using an uppercase or lower case "G" in the talk).
