Should I attend Church?

Stemelbow, because I meet so many people (cyber) ...I can't always remember your families and/or ages of children.  But the OP question is...should I still attend Church seems to make a difference when your gut crunches up at something that is being taught to your children that hurts.  Sometimes this is how people know when to stay..or to go.  Wishing you peace.

I like the way he put it too.  But as he said himself, he attends for worship - so don't discount that in saying that his "worship has nothing to do with attendance".  As I stated previously, the sacrament is a sacred ordinance and covenantal bond with the Savior, this ordinance has profound implications for worship in both our private and public lives.  Through the sacrament, our lives become a prayer through covenant - our daily words, thoughts and actions are in active communion with His promised spirit.  There cannot be a more perfect form of worship!  The etymology of the word "worship" describes worship as a "condition of being worthy", it has evolved to mean a sense of reverence.  Both definitions fit perfectly with the personal worship we achieve through the sacrament.
