Post links to the best scriptures - I want something with linked cross-references, something I can take notes in / highlight - just something well-organized. For some reason the internet is horrible in our church building, so I have to download anything I want to use in class etc.

The LDS Gospel Library app runs on every platform, allows you to sync across all devices, supports highlighting and note-taking, and gives you access to (downloadable) content that goes well beyond just the scriptures. It is already feature-rich and they are continually improving it to add more capabilities. And it's free. 1
