Stargazer Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 I just tried to message someone who is a member of the board, but the board told me that they couldn't use the messaging system. The individual was not "Limited".Is this something that some folks opt out of, or is it something that the mods impose as punishment or because they've been naughty in the past?
