I was lucky enough to converse via email with the famous Greg Smith. He always had very insightful answers, but maybe a little too much information for a lazy reader like myself, but helpful. I don't think there is much out there that they haven't heard before.But was very curious to know if there were many women, who aren't always cleaning and cooking (DB) but studying as well. But I'm guessing they're doing both. Especially cleaning the toilets, seems to be the least favorite job in my household especially with men.

I get my .com's and .org's mixed up. So glad to know that the women are maybe making up half the board.
