I will do it in his stead.Is the story of Ammon and the Lamanites a type of Jesus Christ?What do you think?Bernard

On his conversion, Ammon seeks with all his might to convert others, starting with his own people. He then wishes to convert the Lamanites/foreigners, knowing that they will perish and suffer if he does not. He offers himself as a lowly servant. He literally saves others from danger and death, performing what they see as a great miracle. There are several other things we can note. It all ends with him bringing the people he has saved out of enemy territory and into the Promised Land/Jershon/heaven. The people are called by his name, and they become known as extremely holy and righteous.

Then someone who tried to kill him while he slept died. Then he won a duel against Lamoni's father. Here is the footage from said duel:[media=] Jesus raised at least two people from death and one of his followers chopped off one lousy ear. They seem to be going in opposite directions.
