Need advice with a question about my granddaughter.

Not that I have any advice, but I was always able to reason with my last child and talk her down before any tantrums occurred. I certainly did not have that ability with any of my previous children. I can't explain it. I don't think I did anything different. Perhaps I was finally "in the zone". But it seems to be a once-in-a-lifetime thing.

Different kids have different personalities.
