Church donates $8.7 million to Red Cross

The Church has donated $8.7 million to the Red Cross.  The funds will be used to purchase biomedical equipment to support programs aimed at folks with sickle cell anemia and cancer.  The Red Cross also noted that the Church continues to be the single largest blood drive donor in 2022.

That's interesting.  I didn't know the Red Cross had anything to do with things like cancer.

Offcourse they do. The Red Cross is involved in a variation of diseases.
