Someone in ward leadership could periodically update the code as people come in and out of different callings. That could be a huge hassle, especially considering that my building has three wards in it with three bishops. 2

Besides our key fobs, on our building (single ward) there is a key box on the outside with the incredibly imaginative code "1830" in case you forget your key fob. It's been the same number for years and years. Because parking in the UK is unbelievably difficult, church parking lots have to be secured with gates, or else the neighborhood would start using our parking lots full time. Our parking lot is secured by a combination lock with the unit number as the combo. 1

We have a bowery (covered picnic area with a grass field beside it and some bathrooms) down the street from our church and it has a locked gate with the combo being the address that is on the front of the picnic area. Not super sneaky but it seems to work. 1
