Work for the dead - miscarriages and aborted babies

No just the simple fact they couldn't sin, and presumably were born under the covenant

If not, they can be sealed later

IMO a person must take the “breath of life” in order to be considered under the requirement for future ordinances.

My understanding of section 28.3 of the CHI is that proxy ordinances for children who die between birth and age 8 (or whose mental age was judged to have never exceeded 8 ) are not performed, except for sealing to parents. It seems that the belief is that these ordinances and the associated covenants do not need to be made by those who die before the age of accountability.

Yes, that is the case.

They had no capacity to covenant nor sin, so why would there be?
