Giant space squid attacks the earth.

Pyreaux Posted June 8, 2022 Posted June 8, 2022 My first, most ignorant impulse was to say it was "The Second Coming according to the Church of Scientology"... ...then I thought better than to say that 🙃 and tried to think more self flagellating like "Tentacles of Divine Providence". Ex-Mormons gleefully hang on to this quote to mock what was meant as words for consoling grieving parents of children that have fallen away, that by their family's sealing, that their wayward children, "sooner or later they will feel the tentacles of Divine Providence reaching out after them and drawing them back to the fold." (Hope for Parents of Wayward Children, Ensign 09, 2002) 1

It sounds like a hanging curve ball for that Pastafarian nonsense from several years ago. When I look at that postcard, I: Think of Tiamat from Babylonian mythology Wonder if the creature is devouring or birthing the earth Think of the creation of a zygote 1
