JAHS Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 (edited) BYU increases the semester tuition by $80 but seems to have the best deal of the three main Utah universities. Weber State was not included in this article but it is $4773 in-state and $14321 for out of state. Can't imagine any out of state person wanting to pay the high cost for University of Utah.
