theplains Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 This is from something (Liahona) that appeared on the church's web site. Elder Holland quoted the late Bruce R. McConkie - "There is no salvation in believing ... false doctrine, particularly a false or unwise view about the Godhead or any of its members." Does this mean those who reject the exaltation of Heavenly Father (a man who became God of our Planet Earth) will not be saved (exalted) themselves? Or does salvation mean something else? Thanks, Jim
VideoGameJunkie Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 I'll believe whatever the church tells me to believe.

Thanks, Jim When Jesus taught that it was life eternal to "know" God, I've always interpeted this in a more relational sense. Edited January 31, 2016 by Rivers
