Ahab Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 Then you would expect that the prints in Christ's hands/wrists will eventually disappear as well?Expect is too strong of a word. More like think it is possible that he can choose whether or not those marks will show in his body, considering a resurrected body doesn't always bave marks from a mortal experience. People who were beheaded or whose bodies were torn into pieces in an industrial accident or something like that aren't going to have marks showing where the pieces were put back together, unless maybe they want them to show. I've heard stories that resurrected people can alter their appearance like we can do now with plastic surgery or prosthetics or liposuction but without having surgery, or go from being a midget or giant to a more normal size. If we'll be able to command the elements to obey us it will just be a matter of commanding the elements in our own resurrected bodies to reorganize or accept other elements into our bodies.

A man can do nothing for himself unless God direct him in the right way; and the Priesthood is revealed for that purpose.” Joseph Smith Can't blame us for trying...
