Are we also supposed to joyfully embrace anger, lust, greed and addictive behavior? Though I haven't seen the movie, do I speak aright when I say Elsa eventually comes to embrace her magical power and claim it as a good thing, something that in reality she should have never been ashamed? If so, your examples are not analogous to the inherent personal gift of power Elsa eventually comes to unabashedly embrace. Isn't this what the song "Let it Go." is all about? Admittedly, I haven't seen to movie, but...Could it not be that she uses her experience with her "gifts" to control her nature and benefit others, instead of living a life of shame for her past mistakes? Such as ex-druggies becoming addiciton counselors?Also, couldn't a message be, that instead of hiding in the shadows in shame because of your mistakes, that you have those who love you, her sister, that is willing to come along side you and love and help you... so let them.

And thank you, mormonnewb, for posting this video. I must have read the text of it somewhen or somewhere else, but this is the first time I have seen the source. Never saw the film.
