Is There A Case For Polyandry

That they advise the children that it doesn't matter to them may or may not be enough for some children.  All some children will care is that something has changed and that can make them fearful.

That is possible, but you intentionally deceive them? Because that would be what you would be doing if you don't support polyandry. This isn't like talking about Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy. Kids are smart, when my first wife died in childbirth after previously having a stillbirth, one of my kids was upset that she left them behind because she wanted to be with her two stillborn children. I don't think I would try to deceive a child over an issue like that.

I don't see it that way.

Explain then. If you allowed a woman to be sealed to a second man, while the first still lived without canceling the first sealing. What exactly would be the message sent to the kids? That there mother was still sealed to their Father for eternity?

That their mother and fathers care enough about them to keep the option to have the eternal families they have a chance to be a part of stay completely intact in whatever way the Lord would want them to live it.  That the Lord isn't asking them to choose between their parents, new or old.  Explain we don't know what sealings mean save perhaps that we want to belong together forever since you will be an adult just like I am and have existed forever just like me so why would you be sealed to me as my child in the next life.  But by being sealed we are showing to God that we want our family to part of his family in every way...whatever that means and we mean to work hard and work long and never give up on each other no matter what.

I understand that which leads me to conclude that there must be at least some possibility of eternal polyandry. And if that is the case, not necessarily saying it is, but if that is the case, then how could the Church possibly be taken serious in the traditional family campaign because if they ever acknowledged polyandry then they in essence would be endorsing group marriages.

Possibly, but we have no clue what heaven will be like save for those tidbits that have been revealed.

We have seen how great it turns out when people use logic in the absence of revelaton...personal biases, assumptions, prejudice, bigotry, racism and sexism bleeds through and we end up teaching false doctrine and alienating individuals unnecessarily.

The Church doesn't have to endorse anything just because some people claim their logic argument must lead to polyandry in the future if the Church begins to allow sealings to be identical for women and men.

The Church normally follows some form of logic when it is trying to implement inspiration, sometimes, however, the leadership hits the ball out into the ruff with its explanations.
