My [ENTER] key doesn't work, so all of my replies have to be a single paragraph. As near as I can tell, it's only an issue on this Board and nowhere else (I don't have that problem in, e.g., Word). Any ideas?

No, see, here's the thing that's really trippy: it doesn't matter what computer I use, [ENTER] does not take me to the next line or insert a space between paragraphs (when I hit it twice).

blackstrap Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 I used to be able to make paragraphs but now I can't. Also, when I write in this ' reply to this topic ' box , the tool bars become faded over and I can't change fonts or use emoticon etc. This happens most of the time but occasionally all goes well. I can make paragraphs in the 'faded ' reply box ,however. Many gremlins !!!
cdowis Posted June 2, 2013 Author Posted June 2, 2013 (edited) Can we assume that you do not have that problem in a word processor/notepad.In internet Explorer, go to tools-- internet options -- advanced -- and reset to defaults. Close the browser and see if that helps.Try another browser.You may have a malware or unwanted scripts running. I use firefox with an addon called "no script" which restricts/controls the running of scripts in a window. Edited June 2, 2013 by cdowis
