What ever possesed someone to spin an egg in a puddle of milk in the first place??? My mom would have slapped me up the side of the head for wasting milk and making a mess.

what was the result? Capillary affect? Given that the eggshell is not hydrophobic, I would think there is some level of bonding occurring between the liquid and shell.
