blackstrap Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Eating and drinking in this life inevitably leads to other consequences. If those can be avoided then fine. Christ appeared to be able to eat and drink after his resurrection so I think it is possible,but whether it is necessary is unknown.

Whether they are what we experience now or something beyond our comprehension I do not know. I do know they will be amazing. If God didn't want us to think in those terms of heaven he probably wouldn't have used sweet fruit in Lehi's vision as a metaphor for his love.
