blooit Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 This has probably been posted. But it is quite good. Does anyone have access to the Q&A session afterword?
Sky Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 I've always liked Elder Holland...intelligent, candid, caring, and a powerful witness of our Savior. The Church is in good hands with leaders like him.
LDSGuy Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 This has probably been posted. But it is quite good. Does anyone have access to the Q&A session afterword?http://youtu.be/C7Clk_JNw1oI saw this on youtube a couple of days ago, and I had the same question about the Q&A. I haven't been able to find the Q&A part online. I wish they would post.
David T Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Q&A is now up:http://www.mormonnewsroom.org/article/harvard-hosts-mormon-apostle
Calm Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 I know several people who were wanting this, thanks.
Gohan Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Sweet! Looking forward to listening to it. Slightly bummed that there's no video, but I'm just weird like that.
David T Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 That Q&A was fantastic, and very candid on the part of Elder Holland. I'd love to have/hear more scenarios like this from our Apostles.
JeremyOrbe-Smith Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Amen! I was very bummed that the Q&A wasn't included the other day -- this was a perfect wrap-up. (Now, of course, I'm bummed they didn't record the rest of the questions when they switched buildings. ) More like this please, brethren!
Calm Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 (edited) That was very interesting. I thought his mea culpa on doctrine was quite profound in its implications. Edited March 27, 2012 by calmoriah
Gohan Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 (Now, of course, I'm bummed they didn't record the rest of the questions when they switched buildings. )I know right? That was great, my roommates and I just finished listening to it and were bummed about that as well. Who knows? Maybe Harvard recorded it and will post it somewhere.
Bernard Gui Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 No disrespect meant to anyone , but I wonder how Peter would have fared at Harvard. Or perhaps the demands and expectations are very different for today's special witnesses. Bernard
Calm Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 How would Pres. Holland fare among a group of fisherman?
