Proper Use Of Church Funds

IMO and experience, the ONLY thing that will EVER alleve the suffering of the poor is the gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore, you can say that I feel the Church of Jesus Christ itself may be the greatest and most important humanitarian project in existence.

You have heard of the Four Fold Mission of the Church?

Yes, I'm really glad they're finally adding, "to care for the poor and needy."

Still, actions speak louder than words... I'd like to see the church put their money where their mission statement is.

Just so you know, I will not be resonding to anyone who shows disrespect.

Adhominem attacks (logical falacy) are unacceptable. It's like we're playing tennis - I hit the ball with my raquet to you, & you hit the ball with your raquette back to me (discussing differences) back & forth. When personal attacks & insults are used it's like you drop your raquet, pick up balls & start throwing them at me, trying to hit me. So, the game is over for those who choose to stop playing the game.

So you are allowed to call everyone who disagrees with you evil? You seem to be one sided. I fail to see when you were offering anyone respect.

Interesting.

So, did you know there were three separate Mosaic tithes?

Which money?

The money from the third-year tithe (now the Fast Offering and Humanitarian Aid) or the tithing dedicated to the maintenance of the Church?

It's important to know the difference.
