But the "we believe all thing, hope all things" is not part of Paul's admonition; and I don't see how he is necessarily quoting Jesus in Mark.

He begins to list some of these (virtuous, lovely, of good report or praiseworthy, and anything that "endures" or is "eternal" such as charity, exaltation, etc.).

We are about doing good and seeking good, rather than criticizing, griping, and complaining.
