Anijen Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 (edited) Two years ago we had an MADB March Madness tourny where the winner had the opportunity to boast, gloat pretty much dance around this site and proclaim his royal one-upness on all the other contestants. The losers had to put in their signature line what the winner decided (as long as it does not go against the rules of the board). Yours truly was pronounced ehhem the King of the brackets. It was fun. If I recall Mudcat, Blueadept, TTribe were very close to winning. I would like to invite all including past participants to have a chance of knocking me off the hill.I haven't worked out a system but we should submit our finished brackets by no later than Tuesday night. How you submit those I guess is up to you. Perhaps a more internet savvy person can take over and show us a place where we can fill out brackets and post them here. I think that would be a better way than going to another site to check, however I am open to any possibilities. Also I think you could post your brackets and change any team or winners and losers but it all must be done prior to the first round games. There is no money, or time commitment or any reciprocity that I know of. If you don't want to change your signature then don't but you are still invited to play. I thought all of you were in trouble with her ability to win this thing until I learned her secret...her decisions were based on which team uniform and colors she likes. I am so dead...

The funny this with this tournament, that's likely to be just as successful as other more "sophisticated" analyses.

The stat is rebounding.

I saw on a sports show that Clemson won, I didn't remember picking Clemson so I looked closely at the bracket and from the small print they were next to Kentucky so I assumed they beat Kentucky. I am so dead...Every year when I hear this one (girls choosing winners based on uniform colors), I wonder... how do they know what the school colors are? That would take a good bit of research.
