My Son-In-Law did something great…

My Son-in-law set up a conference call. So, since my oldest Granddaughter left on her mission, I was able to see her face to face. Yesterday, I was able to see her, and it was wonderful, despite the fact we were both crying, in between the sentences we could muster between us. I am truly a blessed man, and I am and always have been a big part of my grand-babies lives. However despite my injuries and illnesses, I am so very loved. Every Sunday, at our home we have Sunday Dinner, normally 18 people. However the joy of speaking to my Macy, who just turned 20 years of age. But on Sunday’s, and most other days they come over, and because of my dear wife. Most every morning when I wake, it feels as if I dress in perfect love. Not sure if I have anything to do with it, I just married a good woman, and had wonderful children, and even more wonderful grandchildren. 
 

But, to the original point, I got to see and talk to Macy, or as I call her still, May-May. I asked her if (at the age of 20), would you rather me not call you “May-May”? Her reply, “is you better not stop calling me that way”. I am babbling, but I am just so happy today.

I am blessed, and loved so much. My wife surly is the cause. I married a good woman, and when it comes to my children, and grandchildren. I have won the grand prize of the lotto. So many times. When it comes to my grand-babies, no matter what, I drop everything, to do as they ask. My oldest granddaughter just turned 20, and our youngest is 6 months old. It helps keep us young. Life may be hard, from my 4 hospital stays in one year, but LIFE IS GREAT!
