Slandering scholars who are active church members as “wolves in sheep’s clothing” violates this rule of judging others’ faithfulness and sincerity. 

And yes, those calling you a troll are breaking rules and insisting you are another poster if you have denied it as well and you should feel free to report them if you care to, though I believe it is permissible to ask for clarification if someone is posting under a new name or not.

So I was right!  and how about you claiming I called someone else rude and asked you to provide the post where I did... from now on if you have a issue, bring it to my attentions so we can analyze  it and if I made a mistake I will apologize... there is no reason to go to a mod without first asking the poster to recognize there rule breaking and allowing them to explain themselves.   I was suspended for two days and all they said was I  was suspended for a complaint of being rude.

He also had a white transparent stone he never gave up.... so what is the story about this stone?   He claimed:  

Unlike his brown stone, Joseph Smith did not give his white stone away. In fact, the Nauvoo Apostles remember him showing them his seer stone, and they imply that he may have been using it in some way. Joseph showed Wilford Woodruff his white stone in 1841, years before Woodruff ever saw the brown stone (which was presumably in Oliver Cowdery’s possession until 1850). During that time, Joseph had been working on the Book of Abraham and preparing the Nauvoo Temple endowment. On 27 December 1841, Wilford Woodruff wrote that Joseph showed him his seer stone at a meeting with the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. From the fall of 1841 to the summer of 1842, Wilford Woodruff called Joseph Smith “Joseph the seer” in his journal numerous times.

Joseph also showed the white stone to the Twelve Apostles when they met together, followed by a speech that described the white stone as his own personal stone. Brigham Young recorded, “I met with the Twelve at brother Joseph’s. He conversed with us in a familiar manner on a variety of subjects, and explained to us the Urim and Thummim, which he found with the plates, called in the Book of Mormon the Interpreters.”

Young also declared that Joseph “showed us his stone.” Joseph then explained “that every man who lived on the earth was entitled to a seer stone, and should have one, but they are kept from them in consequence of their wickedness, and most of those who do find one make an evil use of it.”

@rjohnson7, when you quote from another website, please attribute what you quoted.  It would be nice to know what is your words and what you are quoting.  In addition, when you quote something, please explain how it helps your point.  This is a copy/paste from https://www.ldsliving.com/joseph-smith-had-a-second-seer-stone-heres-what-we-know-about-it/s/83084 which, by the way, is written by the authors of "Joseph Smith's Seer Stones".  I'm assuming you've read it since you've posted content from it or from its authors a few times.  It is odd since you've argued that Joseph Smith had no seer stones, but in fact just "rocks" or "stones".

Please report me to the moderators. I do not back down on anything I said. I think you are quite rude at times*****, but I don’t care in the least if you apologize or not. The only thing that would matter to me*** is if you stopped calling scholars who are active, worthy members, accepted by their own leaders “wolves on sheep clothing”. It would even be better if you stopped believing it as well so you don’t repeat it elsewhere, but I realize that is highly unlikely. 
 

***there is other stuff that it would be nice to see to make the discussion more interesting, but that is a different category of caring. 

****added later:  I added “at times” because only some of your posts are rude, a more accurate way of saying what I mean is “you make some rude posts”, rude meaning disrespectful here.  I would rather not say “you are rude” because it sounds like I think it is a constant behavior and I have no clue how you operate outside this forum.

Thank you for your post and good questions..... you may not have noticed but I usually give the web site of those I'm quoting from, you may not have noticed.  I don't call them seer stones for the reason they are noting but stones or rocks... if I did call them seer stones then I would be admitting something I don't believe.... and yes I have called the white stone JS has as a seer stone and his explanation along with it...

Don’t bother, not interested in an apology, it wouldn’t be necessary even if you ended up agreeing with me. Added to clarify:  I don’t need apologies from people who change behaviour for the better and I don’t want apologies from people who don’t change because it feels insincere to me, so I am fine with no apologies generally speaking.

And I might be able to prove it to my satisfaction and apparently if I was the one to report you (can’t be sure), I demonstrated it enough to satisfy the moderator, but proving something to you seems like the impossible dream given your history of posting so far…so not a good investment of my time and energy.

Always confused, how did I respond which was not receptive?  You never answer or show my post in which you have issues with.  Where is my post were you accused me of calling someone rude.... how about an apology.

Why would I lie about not remembering?  A crap memory is nothing to be proud of.

I have reported lots of posts. I have thought about reporting many, many more posts.  I do so because I was once a mod on another board and I know what an awful job it can be and I hope to make it easier by drawing attention to problems before they become bigger problems. I then try to imagine what the mods would prefer me to do based on their past behaviour and comments and, of course, the rules and report it if I believe it is something the mods want to be aware of.  I have done this enough in the past two decades or so it pretty much blurs together, it is a basic routine of mine…like what happens when you leave the house and you can’t remember if you actually locked the door or not because while you can clearly remember doing it, maybe it was the last time you left that you remember and not this time.  Or when you tell yourself to remind a family member they have an appointment the next day and you are positive you told them, but your memory of telling them is really a memory of thinking of telling them. 
 

If you are referring to the seer stone topic, I will continue to add comments where I feel like it as I believe I have a decent enough sense of the topic and I can look up anything I need to refresh or demonstrate.  Given the others you have suggested leave the thread, I am feeling very confident actually.
