We've already been in contact, and I don't want him to have to bother with any of the adverse consequences that might result from sharing personal IRL info on a public forum. Thanks. I reported my own post and let the mods know, hope they see it soon.
Tacenda Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 In this podcast they discuss the church wanting to not report but have the perp repent, the problem being they put the same person back in the same position of trust. How do you feel about that? Or maybe that was clear in the past and new policies are put in place. https://radiowest.kuer.org/post/sundance-2020-church-and-fourth-estate

Uh, you do know that the LDS Church already has an official policy to report any reported abuse to the police?

Everyone except the bishop should report immediately. The bishop calls the help line to find out if they legally should report.
