The earliest site appears to occur somewhere between 1909-1915, but those references don't show up on any of the books indexed. The oldest reference I was able to find was in 1969, from the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research, Publications Volume 146. There's a book by an LDS author in 2015 that Google, for some strange reason, is showing as dating to 1878 but that's obviously a mistake. 1
