Water is rolling in faster than they can dump it. I sure hope they filled up all of those So Cali reservoirs before letting it all go to the sea. Link to comment

I read that precipitation is at 228 % of normal and snow pack is at 189% of normal. You Cali LDS need to stop paying so much tithing 1 Link to comment
