Which temple is the nearest to your heart?

I should have been born a Canadian. I applied and was accepted to University of Alberta. The Cardston temple is the only Canadian temple I have been in. So Cardston is near and dear to me. Plus I get the bonus of having Halconero as a great Canadian friend.

Mesa is where I first did baptisms for the dead as a deacon. I've had people from that ward tell me as an adult that they still remember me defending the Church against the protesters as a deacon (on the sidewalk by the Dairy Queen). Good times! :)

We've also had many sealings in that temple. Working on the grounds is fun!

That has been something really nice about living here.  I have enjoyed helping with the pageant and with putting up lights.  Wasn't so sure about taking them down last year - we started early and my fingers froze!
