Christian Mormon Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 I got an email with instructions on how to signup for the free account, but lost email.. I was wondering if there was a way that I can get into ancestry.com using my LDS account...THX
JAHS Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 From what I can tell It has to be done by clicking from that email so they know you are a member and already have a Family Search account. You might could contact Family Search and ask them to resend the email. You can't use an email that has been forwarded to you by someone else.
Stargazer Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 How do you lose email? Accidentally delete it? Anyway, the following appears at the bottom of my invitation email: This invitation is meant specifically for you. Please do not forward this notice. Forwarded invitations will not allow others to get free access. You received this message because you registered for a FamilySearch account. For any additional information concerning these partner websites and access for members, contact FamilySearch Support at support@familysearch.org . Send an email to support@familysearch.org, and explain the situation. I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
jana at jade house Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Got to Family Search and ask for help. The Ancestry people will send you there too.
