Deborah Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Church leaders show a lack of integrity by hiding finances that should be open/honest... I see it as love by pointing out this lack, so that others might also encourage the church to show more financial integrity. No, you are not showing love; you are demonstrating self-righteous judgement of something you have no proof of. It is you who lack integrity by making such unrighteous judgements simply because you don't understand how tithing or fast offerings or humanitarian aid works in the church. And don't quote your scriptures again. Since you aren't understanding what they are saying it is of little use. 2
KevinG Posted November 21, 2011 Author Posted November 21, 2011 Preaching, baseless accusations, agenda driven scripture twisting and continued insults...But still no critic has provided a shred of evidence or wrongdoing.I think thats a pretty powerful answer in and of itself. 1
Ares Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Yes, the evidence that they hide their finances. Why hide it if there's nothing to hide?I went to the church office building, asked for a church financial report but was told they don't disclose church finances.Preaching and accusing LDS General Authorities with absolutely no evidence. This thread is closed.
