Mormoncake was so obviously a troll that the most likely explanation is that she was just a teenager with too much time on her hands. Still, (fade Willie Nelson and bring up "Twilight Zone" music) I suppose it's possible that her attack was a "test run" designed to see how long it would take the mods to intervene in a case of obvious trolling.
