Duncan Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Elder Martins never resigned, Elder George P. Lee a Native American GA was excommunicated in 1989-he was the last GA to face any kind of disciplinary action, but neither Elders Martins or Lee resigned.

He served as a member of the 3rd Quorum of the Seventy until his death in 1885.
