Blossom Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Hello! I'm Blossom from western NC. I'm not a Mormon yet but I am studying right now, and I thought I'd join up here and learn online too. I also was hoping to find more resources from which I can learn from you folks in what you post.I'm 49, a wife, and a Mom, and I work as a customer service manager for a large retailer. I'm not terribly thrilled about that, though!My daughter is in the military, and I have been a Baptist all my life until my LDS neighbor began to speak with me about the Church and so, here I am.Thank you for having me here, and I look forward to seeing all of you on the boards.

Mudcat Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Welcome to MDD Blossom.I also am a baptist. My initial interest in the forum was an exploration of my wife's faith. She is LDS. I am with TAO on the advice given. There are a number of complex issues that go well beyond the bounds of standard LDS theology. It is sort of like Alice and the rabbit hole.
