What must you do to live with your Heavenly Father in the highest kingdom?

Are you speaking of kingdoms again?

God resides in the kingdom of heaven, in the Celestial "mansion".

What do I need to do to live in the mansion in which God resides?

I would assume that I should not run around naked, among other things. Sort of kidding there.

Seriously though, I must respect and abide the traditions of those whom I am wishing to live with. I must conform to the etiquette that is expected. When I visit someone who is Japanese I must understand that taking off the shoes the master of the house respect. Similarly, I must understand that abiding the laws and ordinances that are expected show the mansion and God the respect they deserve. If I do not, then I am unfit for the mansion, and might prefer another mansion where the etiquette is more fitting what I desire.

I fail to see how you can equate those two. Perhaps God will state that drinking wine is acceptable at some point in time, I don't know.

But, if that is the practice there, yes, if I choose to live there I must abide such.

I believe that Christ summed what is required very eloquently:

Matthew 22:37-40

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

I equate the two because the teachings of the Mormon church equate them. The Mormon Church teaches that to return to live with our Heavenly Father we keep his commandments. Keep the Mormon commandments to not use wine, tobacco, coffee before a person can entering a temple to keep the Mormon commandment of marriage. See teachings below:

The Word of Wisdom may be lifted at some point, the Mosaic dietary law was lifted with Peter. It is not inconceivable that the Word of Wisdom will be. Prior to the Word of Wisdom it was acceptable to drink alcohol and smoke. The dietary laws appear to be transitory, there is no reason to believe that they will be eternal.

The LDS believe that the purpose of the physical body is to reproduce. We believe that reproduction is an aspect of divine nature. We believe that reproduction can only occur properly within the bounds of marriage. Marriage was instituted on earth by God with Adam and Eve and has existed since then. There is no reason to anticipate this requirements cessation

The two are not equivalent. Your quotations do not make them equivalent, nor do they state that they are equivalent. Now, any current command will be followed, but when God cleanses something it is clean.

Acts 10: 15

15 ... What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

I am not sure what things will be cleansed and what things will not be, given our belief in a married God, I do not believe that procreation will be cleansed outside of marriage, but it is entirely possible the Word of Wisdom will become defunct as it has no eternal commentary that we know of.
